Chris Bridge leads Team Bridge at CrossCountry Mortgage. He is based in the Bluffton, South Carolina area and serves clients in the six states where he is licensed: Pennsylvania, Ohio, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
For more than 30 years he has helped individuals and families through the mortgage process, about 1,750 families so far. He works with everyone from first-time homebuyers to experienced homeowners, and especially enjoys helping people who feel overwhelmed by buying a home or are not sure where to begin.
His approach is different because the conversation starts with a comfortable monthly payment. Just because you can qualify for a certain amount does not mean that is what you should spend. He wrote Home Loan Simplified, a practical guide for first-time buyers.
